I'm praying to hear from anyone who has encountered this issue and if there is anything at all I can do or if I should simply give up and throw them down the trash. WHY WOULD anyone design a system where it shuts down completely when it loses Bluetooth connection? Or why can't I monitor the exact state of charge % of my battery? I'm baffled by the stupidity of this design.

Only if I hard wire my headphones with the USB, I get a consistent connection but at that point, the whole point of wireless headsets thrown out the window. Apparently, it's a known issue and happens to pretty much everyone, however for me, it doesn't no matter what I do if I update the firmware, do a factory reset or if my battery is 100% charged, I still get these random shutdowns nonstop. At this point I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed. I've tried every suggestion I could find on the internet regarding this issue but no success, my wireless Arctis 9X keep turning off randomly and completely disconnecting.
